Greeting Cards
May 4th, 2009In this day and age, rare are the times that one will receive a greeting card in the mail. People today usually send out their greetings thru electronic mail or e-mail as it is famously called. There are numerous online sites that offer these free e-greeting cards that can funny, sweet or naughty.
Sending greetings and wishes through email are effortless and extremely convenient. After choosing the appropriate e-greeting card, you just click send and you are done. Friends can instantly view it as soon as they get online. No more going to the post office, buying stamps and waiting for a number of days for the recipient to get your mail. This saves time, money and effort.
Although I also send e-greeting cards to my friends and relatives, I love receiving postcards and greeting cards in the mail. They are a wonderful surprise amidst all the bills and notices that I get daily. As much as possible, I try to send as many greeting cards through the traditional way. Even though sending greeting cards by snail mail takes a long time. It is definitely worth the wait. Seeing the actual handwriting of your loved ones is precious, especially if you haven’t seen them for a long time.
